Justin Whitfield is driven by providing exceptional event production, sound engineering and audio visual production.

He thrives on the ability to create magic by going above and beyond a clients expectations.
Justin is skilled in leading teams through complex processes and maintaining a grounded and calm approach which ensures the timely delivery of projects.
The entertainment industry (particularly as an event producer) has been Justin’s passion for over 25 years and recognises the growth of this industry.
He has expanded his business Acumen to include experience in Management, Sales, Problem Solving and High Level Co-ordination.

MANAGING DIRECTOR - LEROY BATH
Leroy Bath is our Senior Audio Production Manager for Superb AV. For 16 years Leroy has been assisting clients with all aspects of corporate events. Greg Hersom is one of our consultants from our Superb Event’s client contact team.
Greg has been involved with corporate events and the entertainment and hospitality industry for over 20 years.

He understands organisation and customer requirements of both large and small events. Greg can help you create an event using your ideas and vision while keeping to the budget that you have in mind.

Greg has years of experience in client relations and has a knack for attention to detail and event planning. Greg has been audio visual production manager for the Darwin Convention Centre and worked as a visual technician at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
